The water park was a hit with the kids and kept them entertained for hours. Check-in took forever, around 30 minutes, and our room was not ready on time. Would recommend it for families looking for fun.

Multiple pool options, lazy river, and a mini-golf area make this place fun for families. The room needed better cleaning; we found hair in the shower. a reasonable choice for a beach trip.

The beautiful views from the room were matched by the amazing proximity to popular attractions like Rainbow Harbor Shopping Center just a short 250 meters away, and several dining options like Ocean View Cafe and Starbucks, which were both only a few steps away, making it super easy for my weekend strolls; I also loved the multiple pools, lazy river, and family-friendly activities, and while the pest control could use some improvement, it didn’t overshadow the great experience overall.

The room was recently updated with modern amenities, which was a plus. The bed was comfortable; we slept well. there was a stain on the blanket when we arrived. The noise level from the parking garage was noticeable at times. Temperature control worked effectively, keeping the room pleasant. The shower lacked a shelf for soap, making it inconvenient. The cleaning could be improved; an old bath cloth with hair was a surprise. Despite some issues, Karie from housekeeping provided exceptional service during our stay. Her dedication truly stood out.

The cozy condos with complimentary WiFi, balconies, and TVs made our family feel right at home.

The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing for the kids! The beach access made it super easy for us to soak up the sun. I loved the vibe of the property—it has so many cozy spots for pics and relaxation!

The staff was super friendly and helped us every step of the way. The food was excellent and the setup for the ceremony was beautiful.

Beautiful lobby and charming rooms. The Starbucks downstairs is a welcome touch. Great rooftop mini-golf and a perfect location near the beach. Staff is friendly and attentive—special thanks to the maids. Our room was well-equipped, clean, and offered a lovely view. some aspects need attention. The property shows signs of wear. Our room could have been cleaner; old pillows and leftover socks from previous guests raise concerns about thoroughness. Pool facilities were limited, and the restaurant often ran out of items. Additional charges were confusing. A bit more attention to cleanliness and organization could elevate this experience significantly.

The room had an old feel with questionable cleanliness. Disappointing ocean side view meant mostly seeing the parking lot.

The pool area is a hit with kids and has plenty of spots for grown-ups to relax. The location is spot on, making it easy to hit the beach and local attractions.
The mini golf could use some TLC, and there are no ice machines on every floor. Seriously, what’s up with that?

The room had roaches and was poorly cleaned, with an old bath cloth and hair in the tub when we arrived. Despite promises of a refund for my canceled stay, three weeks later, nothing has come through. On a brighter note, the lobby was appealing, and the restaurant had a nice vibe with a Starbucks downstairs. The pools and lazy river were fun, but staff interactions were frustrating—especially regarding an ocean view I didn’t get. Housekeeping was friendly, but their inconsistency and the overall state of the property left much to be desired.

There were plenty of activities on, site to keep everyone entertained, and the tiki bar by the pool added a nice touch to the overall vibe. I did encounter some issues during my stay. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found stains on the furniture, dead insects on the walls, and even a broken coffee table. The maintenance issues didn't end there , the vents dripped condensation, creating slippery puddles on the floor, which resulted in my son taking a tumble. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, almost like it was designed by Satan himself. the parking situation was a nightmare, and the lack of proper compensation or apology for the delay in getting our room ready was disappointing. The indifference of the staff towards our concerns didn't help improve the overall experience either. Despite these shortcomings, the location was great, and there were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. The staff, although not attentive to all issues, were quick to respond to our needs when brought to their attention, which I appreciated.

the rooms are very spacious, with additional beds that pulled out from the wall and couch. the view was amazing and we enjoyed the multiple pools and jacuzzis, especially the lazy river. the vibe was awesome with a DJ playing during the day. the location was convenient, close to everything, yet away from all the crowds and noise. We also appreciated the attentive housekeeping and quick check-in and check-out process.

Our room was super spacious and clean, loved chilling on the balcony with free WiFi. The beach was lit! Can't wait to go back for another epic vacay!
Wish there was a cool beach bonfire spot for late-night hangouts with music and s'mores.

The location was awesome , close to the beach with great pools. It was fun chilling with drinks and Italian ice after a day in the sun. The resort had cool amenities like a water slide and mini, golf, making it a perfect spot for family fun.
Sadly, the AC in the room was a flop. It just wouldn't cool down, and that was a bummer.

Enjoyed the beachfront pools, lazy river, and free WiFi for frantic Google searches. Kids' activities great for offloading them. Concierge made me feel fancy.
Who needs clean bedding or room service? Certainly not me!

Our room had a weird smell, but the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. The hot tub was amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. I'll recommend this hotel.

I chose Grande Cayman Resort for its proximity to Broadway at the Beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious sunbathing area with lounge chairs available. The restaurant served a satisfying meal and the bar/lounge quenched my thirst with my favorite drink.
Uncomfortable bed, restaurant and bar were closed for the holidays.

the grande cayman resort was super clean and so close to the former long bay resort. it was awesome being right on the beach and having an virtual assistant for all our questions. the pool side bar - italian ice stand, and starbucks indoors were perfect for convenience. and using ileftmystuff.com when i lost something was a lifesaver.

Our experience at this updated hotel was fantastic. com. They did their best to accommodate everyone and keep us happy. The hotel itself was recently renovated and our room was worth the wait. It had a side view of the beach, a beautiful bathroom, and we loved the lazy river and jacuzzi. We would definitely come back to this hotel for our next vacation.
The linens on the bed were thin and not very comfortable. However, when we asked for more blankets, the staff provided them promptly.
